Eight-Week Program Designed for a Positive and Healthy Pregnancy!
This eight-week program is designed to kickstart your way to a fun and healthy pregnancy! Regardless of which trimester you are in, you will be given all of the tools and support you need to prioritize you fitness and nutritional needs through this journey and beyond. You will feel more energized, you will lean how to cure pesky pregnancy symptoms and prepare for labor and delivery, you will bounce back quicker, and the list goes on! Take as many fitness classes as you would like, follow at-home workouts, learn tips for safe exercising and eating, use tailored meal plans to maintain a nutritious diet and come to weekly check-in to meet other mamas-to be to talk about sleeping, eating and how you are coping. Eight weeks to kickstart the most positive pregnancy experience possible!
