Are you looking to safely and effectively return to core conditioning after your baby is born? Whether six weeks or six years post-baby, our Core Rehab program will create balance, strength, confidence and allow you to effectively rehab your core.
This unique program is broken up into six phases over the course of 12 weeks to strengthen your core, heal abdominal separation, relieve aches and pains, improve posture, and help you feel your best for life.
Each session lasts one hour and includes a total body workout. In addition to private training, you will be given a calendar of day-by-day exercises to complete as well as access to your personal trainer for questions.
