Eight-Week Bootcamp Designed Especially for New Moms!
This eight-week bootcamp is designed to help new moms become accustomed to life after the birth of their beautiful baby. You will be given all of the tools and support you need to prioritize your fitness and nutritional needs, which are essential to providing you with the energy you need to care for your little one. Take as many fitness classes as you would like, follow the at-home challenges, compete with others to hit a 10,000 step/day goal, use tailored meal plans to maintain a nutritious diet, and come to weekly check-ins to talk about sleeping, eating, and how you are coping. Eight weeks to bounce back to a fitter, healthier you!
What does the bootcamp package include?
- Kick-off event with initial fitness assessment

- Weekly meal plans, recipes,and grocery lists created by a Registered Dietician (all meal plans can be tailored to specific dietary needs)
